Josh is responsible for the production and events kitchens at SkyCity Casino in Auckland.
My team/s create an incredible amount of food for the 20 odd outlets currently in operation throughout the casino precinct on a daily basis.
Josh has been working in the industry for over 25 years, spending periods of time in his home of Australia, with time also in Japan, UK, Fiji and now Aoeteroa, New Zealand.
